Accessibility Statement

Our accessibility goal

We aim to make DooZed usable with a wide range of browsers, devices, keyboards, screen readers, magnification tools, and other assistive technology. Our ongoing target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Measures we take

Accessibility measures in our design and development process include:

• Semantic page structure, descriptive headings, and meaningful link text.
• Keyboard accessible controls and visible focus indicators.
• Labels and instructions for forms and interactive controls.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images where available.
• Color contrast, responsive layouts, and support for text resizing.
• Testing and correction as pages and marketplace features change.

Known limitations

Some owner submitted content, maps, identity tools, payment tools, or other third party features may not provide the same level of accessibility as the rest of DooZed. We work to offer an accessible path where reasonably possible and welcome reports about specific barriers.

Request help or report a barrier

Email info@seansanjose.com with the subject “Accessibility.” Include the page address, the task you were trying to complete, the barrier you encountered, and your preferred contact method. Please do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents, or other sensitive information by email.

We will review the request and make a reasonable effort to provide the information or service through an accessible method while we evaluate the barrier.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility. We expect this statement and our implementation to evolve as the marketplace grows, standards change, and users provide feedback.
